Welcome to BioVantage AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BioVantage AI application (the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
The Service provides AI-generated medical analysis, case studies, and clinical reasoning tools for educational and decision-support purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns. We do not assume liability for clinical decisions made based on the Service's output.
You are responsible for any content you submit to the Service, including symptoms, lab values, patient histories, and images. You must ensure you have the right to submit such content and must remove any personally identifiable patient information before submission. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for the security of your Google account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Premium features are offered via paid subscription ("Premium"). Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are presented at checkout. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
The Service, including its design, software, case-study content, and branding, is owned by BioVantage AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Your submissions remain yours, subject to the license granted above. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results are accurate or complete. Medical AI output may be incorrect; always verify with qualified professionals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioVantage AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
You agree to indemnify and hold BioVantage AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of others' rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but these Terms' provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BioVantage AI operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, as we may elect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
